| Payment Options |
Dental treatment is an excellent investment in your medical and psychological well being. Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service. Being sensitive to the fact that different people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, we are providing the payment options outlined below. There will be a 1.5% rebilling fee on all balances over 30 days. We accept personal checks, MasterCard, and Visa.
Payment In Full
A discount courtesy of 5% is given for treatment costs exceeding $700 with a cash or check payment in full at start of treatment. We also accept charge cards with no discount given.
Two Payments
Two payments, 1/2 of the total due at the start of treatment and the second payment due on the next date with no added rebilling fees.
Three Payments
Three payments, the first one being due at the start of treatment and continuing for the next two months.
Family Plan
Set payments are due on a specified day each month. This plan must have a credit card backup that can be billed on the specified day if payment has not arrived in the office when due.
Dental Credit Card
This is a credit card offered by an outside company. They can offer lower payments and 90 days interest free. For more information please visit www.carecredit.com.
