Welcome to our office! On your first visit to our office we'll review your medical and dental history. We'll then perform an examination that might include study models, photographs, and x-rays. We'll check for plaque and calculus and check for any stains, abrasions, and inflammation of the gingival tissue and any recession or periodontal pockets. We'll check your palate and saliva, any areas of food retention and all of you present restorations. We'll also check for TMJ and neck problems, and any mobility in any of your teeth. We provide a thorough oral cancer exam in checking all areas of the tongue, cheeks, and lips. We'll examine your x-rays and report any bone loss, root tips, abscesses, impactions, and decay. The first appointment may or may not include a cleaning.

Before your first visit to our office, you should fill out our new patient form which you can download
and then print. After you print this form, please fill it out, and bring it with you on your first visit
or you can fax it to us beforehand. If you fill this out before your visit, it will reduce the amount of
